Tsubaki was standing in her Shrine looking at her beauty. She never wanted her beauty to go away not now not ever. Tsubaki's hair was long, as the color was white. She wasn't like when she was younger before that wentch Priestess Kikyo. It was thanks to her that she has been cursed with her own power. It was fifty years ago when Tsubaki was trying to put a curse on Kikyo that it backfire thanks to Kikyo's power.
Tsubaki got furious by staring into her curse beauty that she smashed a small round mirror onto the ground. Damn that Kikyo. She thought to herself. It was because of her that I have this curse on me. If only I was able to get the Shikon Jewel before her death, then maybe I wouldn't be in this mess.
But it was too late. Kikyo has been dead for the last fifty years now. And now, the Shikon Jewel is no more. Its all because of that one moment when she couldn't get her hands onto the Jewel Shard. If she could then her beauty wouldn't have to fade.
Suddenly, Tsubaki quickly turned around. Behind her was standing a figure disguise as a  Baboon. Tsubaki glared at the Baboon Then faced it. "Who are you, want do you want with me?" she demanded.
"Tsubaki is it not?" the Baboon spoke, with a smirk, but was hidden.
"Who wants to know?" she asked.
"Call me Naraku. I hear that you have a grudge against the Priestess Kikyo."
"Ha. Kikyo?" she snearled. "Don't make me laugh, she has been dead for firfty yeras." Tsbuaki remined the Baboon.
"Not true. She is very well alive and well." the Baboon said. He held out his hand. What it looks like the same Jewel that Kikyo had before she died.
"Its that..." startled the dark Priestesss.
The Baboon gave a nod. "Yes. Its the real Shikon Jewel."
"The real Shikon Jewel died along with his owner." Tsubaki muttered.  "There is no way that this is the real Jewel."
"Oh but it is. This is the exact same Shikon Jewel that should have parished along time ago. But it has been brought back thanks to Kikyo's recarnation."
"Recarnation?" Tsubaki repeated with interest.
"Yes." the Baboon muttered. "The very same Kikyo who gave you that curse."
Tsubaki with anger, touched the eye which had the cruse on it. Her eyes began to widen just by thinking about it. "What do you want from me? And for return?"
"Heh. You're quick. All I wish for you to do, is despose of the recarnation of Kikyo. Then in exchange, I'll give you the Shikon Jewel for ever lasting beauty." the Baboon promised. "I'll even allow you to use it to destroy the girl." he handed Tsbuaki the Jewel. The Jewel was almost complete. But enough to make her suffer.
"Now I can finally have my revegen." Tsubaki mumbled. She graspped the Jewel into her palm. As she was holding it, it was beginning to turn black. The Jewel was becoming tainted with darkness once again.
As it was becoming more tainted, Naraku was grinning happily. He was able to find someone to destory the one who is the recarnation of the wentch Kikyo.

Near the dry well, a bag appeared, then a bike along with a girl. Kaogme was able to get out of the well no problem. It was hours since she came here. Probably by now, Inuyasha is annoyed about her coming back late. But she knew she couldn't go back without her books, her first aid, and everything else she needed.
From across from the well, stood the Baboon and Tsubaki. Tsubaki was glaring at the girl, then glanced down at Naraku. "Are you sure she is the recarnation for Kikyo?" she asked, in concern.
"Make no mistake, Tsubaki, this is Kikyo. Only she is quite different from us."
"Yes I see how." Tsubaki mummer. She was looking at Kagome strangely by the way that she dresses. "No matter. If you say that she is Kikyo, then I will help."
"Good." the Baboon muttered.
"There you are," Kagome looked up seeing as though Inuyasha was impatient as ever. "What took you so long?"
"Sorry, I just had to get a few extra things." Kagome said as she placed her hands onto her hip, glaring at Inuyasha.
"Sorry aen't going to find the Jewel Shards." Inuyasha yelled.
Over by the bush, what appears to be a snake invisible, was slithering towards where Kagome and Inuyasha was standing. Then suddenly, it slithered to Kagome.
"Ow." Kagome muttered. She felt what feels like a bite from something. But nothing was there.
"You okay?" Inuyasha asked in concern.
"Something just bit me." Kagome said as she was rubbing her ankle.
Inuyasha looked up as it appears as if he was sniffing in the air. "It couldn't be." he mummer to himself. He went near the depper part of the forest. Inuyasha could have sworn that just now he smelled Naraku. But maybe he was mistaken?
Back that the well, Kagome kept on rubbing her ankle. As she looked up, Inuyasha was back. "What was it?" she asked.
"Nothing. It was nothing. How's your leg?" he asked as he kneeled down beside her.
"I think its alright," she contiuned on rubbing it. "It just felt as though something bit me."
"Come on." Inuyasha said as he held out his hand to Kagome. She took it and smiled.
At the Priestess Kaede's home, Kagome told of what happened to Kaede. Kaede took a look at it. There was nothing. Not even the bite that which Kagome felt.
"I see no bite, child." Kaede said as she was glancing at Kagome's ankle. "Are ye sure that you felt something?"
"Yes. Something bit me on the ankle. And it really hurts." Kagome complained.
"Well its gone now." Kaede muttered as she was glancing side to side around the ankle.
"Huh. You were only imagining it." Inuyasha said as he had his arms and legs crossed.
Kagome gave a light glare. "No I'm not."
"Kagome, you said that you were bitten from the well right?" Sango the demon slayer asked. Kagome gave a short nod. "Could it have been something invisible?"
"Don't know." Kagome mummer. She narrowed her eyes. Something was bothering her. As if she was getting a bad feeling about it.

Back at Tsubaki's Shrine, her pet, a white python, slithered towards Tsubaki. Tsubaki looked at the python. "Do you have it?" she asked. The snake opened its mouth and there was dripping blood from its fangs. "Good." she held the Jewel, which the Baboon gave her, to the pinthon.
The python leaned its head towards the Jewel as the blood began to drip off from its fangs.  The Jewel was in the color of black now. Tsubaki graspped the Jewel inside of her palm.
Back at the home of Kaede, Kagome was starting to feel a bit warmish. Her eyes began to shout on her. She felt weak and dizzy.
"In-Inuyasha?" she asked softly. Her voice was starting to disappear.
Inuyasha looked down at Kaogme. "Huh, Kagome!" he shouted. Right before Kagome clasped, Inuyasha was able to catch her in time. He held her in his arms for a minute or two.
"Inuyasha," a monk name Mirkou said as he came over. Along with Shippo, Sango and Kaede.
They layed Kagome underneath some blanket to keep her from overheating. Inuyasha was sitting next to Kagome looking over her. She was starting to paint hard. As if she was poisioned or something.
"Kaede, do you know of what has happened to Kagome?" Mirkou asked having his arms crossed.
Kaede came to Kagome having a wet rag onto her forehead. "Nay. Even I don't seem to have the answer for this one. Its a mystery."
"The bite." Inuyasha muttered.
"Inuyasha?" Sango asked as she raised an eyebrow.
"It has to be the bite that she kept on talking about." Inuyasha pointed out. All four of them were looking at Inuyasha oddly.
But who would do such a thing to young Kagome? Kaede thought to herself. Unless of course it has to be someone behind all of this who has a gurdge against my sister Kikyo.
"I may have the answer." Kaede said.
"Well what is it?" Inuyasha barked.
"Calm yourself down, Inuyasha. This has to be a work of dark magic. Someone who has the power to make such of a curse." Kaede explained.
"Cruse? What cruse?" Shippo asked.
"A curse which will destory Kagome if we don't stop it soon." Kaede said. "But this isn't just some cruse, I'm pretty sure it has to do something with my sister Kikyo."
Kikyo? Inuyasha asked himself.
"Could it be Naraku's doing?" Mirkou asked.
"It maybe. Since he still does have the heart of Onigumo. Thanks to Onigumo, since Naraku can not destory Kikyo, he is making sure that the recarnation is dead first. Then he may will likely go after my sister." Kaede said as she was messing with the fire.
"Is there a cure to this?" Inuyasha jumped.
"Eye, I think there is a cure." Kaede mumbled.
"Then where is it?" Inuyasha demanded as he stood up.
"In-Inuyasha?" Kagome said weakly. Inuyasha looked down at Kagome. She was mumbling in her sleep.
"Inuyasha, ye stay here. Kagome will need ye the most." Kaede said as she got up and retrive her bow and arrows.
"What? What about the herb?" Inuyasha asked.
"Mirkou and I will find the herb for you, Inuyasha." Sango said as she got her Hiraikotsu. "In the mean time, it looks like as though Kagome doesn't want you to leave."
Inuyasha sat back down at Kagome. She was weak, but was able to see him. His eyes grew with sorrow in them. He was worried. Worried about how she will make it.
As the night passes, the others went out to find the herb leaving Inuyasha with Kagome. She was breathing heavy.
Then she started to wake up again. She glanced towards where Inuyasha was. He was grinning, but not as much.
"Hey, how are you feeling?" he asked.
"A little better." she mumbled. The pain was hurting her worst. She could feel her spirit being crush. As if someone else was trying to take control of her.
Inuyasha's ears twitched. He thought he heard something outside. He got up and looked outside to see what it was. Kagome was struggling. She was becoming more weaker then before. Then suddenly, she starts to hear voices inside of her head.
Kill him. the voice whispered. Kill Inuyasha. Surpisingly, Kagome started to rise from the bed. She grabbed her bow and was pointing an arrow straight at Inuyasha.
Inuyasha heard her bow being pulled back. He turned around facing her. She was struggling even more. She didn't want to be doing this. Kagome knew she had to break free from who ever is trying to control her.
"In-Inuaysha move." she mumbled. But her voice was so low that nothing came out. Inuyasha just stood there, unsure of what to do. He took a step to one side, her arrow followed. Then he did the same thing to the other side. The arrow kept on following him. No mattter of where he moved, the arrow moved with him.
"Kagome, do you really want to do this?" he asked. Kagome kept on trying to reisist but it was no use. The controler was forcing her to point the arrow at him.
Naraku smiled evily as he was watching Inuyasha suffering for the second time. "What will you do now, Inuyasha? Fight the woman who you are in love with? Or run away and make her suffer the most."
"Your enjoying this aren't you?" Tsubaki asked as she glanced down at him.
"You could say that, Tsubaki." he muttered.
There was no choice for Inuyasha to make. One way or another he will have to get Kaogme out of Naraku's trap and have her safe. Before its too late.
